Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Electrostatic, Micrographic and Other Processes Reproductions of Survey Department Maps, Plans and Records) Order.

Fee payable

2. The fee payable in advance for electrostatic, micrographic and other processes reproductions of Survey Department maps, plans and records shall be $10 for each copy.

Definition

3. In this Order, “maps, plans and records” includes cadastral base maps, certified plans, survey plans, assurance plans, strata title plans, field books, field details and calculation volumes which the officer-in-charge thereof shall, in his discretion, permit to be reproduced.
