| Citation |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Assemblies and Processions) Order. |
| Fee |
| 2. A fee of $50 shall be paid for a permit granted under the Fee Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) (Assemblies and Processions) Rules for any assembly or procession except a marriage, funeral, mooncake and lantern festival, walk-a-jog, family run, jogathon or road run. [R 1.] |

| 3. The fee referred to in paragraph 2 shall be payable to the officer-in-charge of the Police Division in which the assembly or procession is intended to be held. |
