Fees (Police Services) Order

Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Police Services) Order.
Fees
2.—(1)  The rates of fees payable to the Commissioner of Police for the following services are:
 
 
Rate per day or part thereof
 
 
 
(a) to store any firearm
 
$13
 
 
 
 
 
Rate per hour or part thereof
 
 
 
(b) to hire —
 
 
 
 
 
(i) any 1st or 2nd generation PT boat
 
$160
 
 
 
(ii) any 3rd generation PT boat
 
$450
 
 
 
(iii)  any PJ boat
 
$120
 
 
 
(iv) any PC boat
 
$390
 
 
 
(c) work done in respect of each warrant of arrest issued under section 54 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 68)
 
$25 per warrant.

(2)  The fee specified in sub-paragraph (1)(c) shall be payable to the Commander “A” Division.
