Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Public Works Department) (Requisitions) Order.
Fees
2.  Subject to paragraph 3, there shall be paid to the Public Works Department, in respect of the matters set out in the first column of the Schedule, the fees set out opposite thereto in the second column.
Remission of fees
3.  The Director-General of Public Works, being the head of the Public Works Department, may, in his discretion, remit wholly or in part the fees payable under this Order.
