(Chapter 106)
Fees (Agricultural Services) Order 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2 and 9 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Agricultural Services) Order 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1997.
Fee
2.  The fee payable to the Director of Primary Production for providing a training course on the production of orchids shall be $1,600.
Remission
3.  The Director of Primary Production may remit wholly or in part the fee payable under paragraph 2.
Revocation
4.  The Fees (Agricultural Services and Products) Order (O 5) is revoked.
Made this 29th day of March 1997.
