Fees (Land Systems Support Unit — Map Production Service) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Land Systems Support Unit — Map Production Service) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2001.

Fees

2. The rates of fees, excluding goods and services tax, payable to the Ministry of Law for the production of maps for the agencies set out in the first column of the Schedule shall be the amount determined in accordance with the formula set out in the second and third columns thereof:
