Fees (Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports) Order 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2 and 9 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2010.

Fee

2. There shall be payable to the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports a fee of $250 in relation to every appointment of the Director of Social Welfare as guardian ad litem in adoption proceedings in the High Court or in a District Court.

Remission

3. The Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports may, in any particular case, remit wholly or in part any fee payable under paragraph 2.

Revocation

4. The Fees (Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports) Order (O 43A) is revoked.
