| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Government Contracts (Authorisation) Notification 2004 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 2004. |
| Authorised officers |
| 2. The officers specified in the first column of the Schedule are hereby authorised to execute and sign, on behalf of the Government in their respective Ministries and Departments, the contracts set out in the second column thereof. |
| Cancellation |
| 3. The Government Contracts (Authorisation) Notification 2003 (G.N. No. S 188/2003) is cancelled. |
