| Citation |
| 1. These Rules may be cited as the Housing and Development (Conveyancing Fees) Rules. |
| Fees |
| 2. The fees, exclusive of all disbursements, payable to the Housing and Development Board by a party for whom the Board acts, or to whom services are rendered by the Board, in any transaction, disposition or application in respect of a flat, house or other building or living accommodation sold by the Board under the provisions of Part IV of the Act, shall be in accordance with the Schedule. |
