Citation

1. These Rules may be cited as the Housing and Development (Composition of Offences) Rules.

Compoundable offences

2. The following offences may be compounded by the Board under section 27A of the Act:

(a)	any offence under the Housing and Development (Common Property and Open Spaces) Rules (R 3);
(b)	any offence under the Housing and Development (Animals) Rules (R 4); and
(c)	any offence under the Housing and Development (Renovation Control) Rules (R 15). [G.N. No. S 586/2006]
