| 1. This Order may be cited as the Housing and Development (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 2) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 27 June 2015. |

| 2. The parts of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out lift upgrading works. |
