Housing Developers (Exemption) Notification 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Housing Developers (Exemption) Notification 1996 and shall come into operation on 7th June 1996.

2. The Minister hereby exempts the developers appointed from time to time under section 4 of the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme Act 1996 from such rules as are made under section 22(2)(d) and (e) of the Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) Act.
