Human Organ Transplant Act
(Chapter 131a)
Human Organ Transplant (Declaration of Hospitals) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “hospital” in section 2 of the Human Organ Transplant Act, Mr Khaw Boon Wan, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Finance, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Human Organ Transplant (Declaration of Hospitals) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2004.
Declaration of hospitals
2.  The Minister hereby declares —
(a)the hospitals specified in Part I of the Schedule to be hospitals for the purposes of the Act other than Part 4A; and

(b)the hospitals specified in Part II of the Schedule to be hospitals for the purposes of Part 4A of the Act.

Cancellation
3.  The Notification relating to National University Hospital (N 2) is cancelled.
