Notification 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification is the Immigration (Temporary Authorised Departing Place — SAFYC Horsburgh Challenge 2021) Notification 2021.
Temporary authorised departing place
2.  Changi Sailing Club at 32 Netheravon Road, Singapore 508508, is an authorised departing place only for —
(a)the separate and exclusive immigration clearance of persons leaving Singapore by sea on any vessel participating in the “SAFYC Horsburgh Challenge 2021” event; and
(b)the period starting at 5 a.m. and ending at 9 a.m. on 13 March 2021.
