Electronic Road Pricing System Charges)
Order 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(2) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order is the Interpretation (Temporary Suspension of Electronic Road Pricing System Charges) Order 2020.
Temporary suspension of charges
2.—(1)  For the period 6 April 2020 to 1 June 2020 (both dates inclusive), the road‑user charges payable under the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2015 (G.N. No. S 226/2015) in respect of any motor vehicle ridden, driven or moved into a specified entry point are wholly remitted.

(2)  For the period 6 April 2020 to 1 June 2020 (both dates inclusive), the road‑user charge payable under rule 11 of the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2015 is wholly remitted.
