(Temporary Suspension of Electronic Road
Pricing System Charges) Order 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(2) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Interpretation (Temporary Suspension of Electronic Road Pricing System Charges) Order 2015.
Temporary suspension of charges
2.—(1)  For the period 16 September 2015 to 18 September 2015 (both dates inclusive), the road-user charges payable under the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2015 (G.N. No. S 226/2015) (called the principal Rules) in respect of any motor vehicle ridden, driven or moved into a specified entry point on a specified road set out in Part 1 of the Schedule are wholly remitted during the restricted hours as specified opposite in the second column.
(2)  For the period 16 September 2015 to 19 September 2015 (both dates inclusive), the road-user charges payable under the First Schedule to the principal Rules in respect of any motor vehicle ridden, driven or moved into a specified entry point on a specified road set out in Part 2 of the Schedule are wholly remitted during the restricted hours as specified opposite in the second column.
(3)  On 17 September 2015 and 18 September 2015, the road-user charges payable under the First Schedule to the principal Rules in respect of any motor vehicle ridden, driven or moved into a specified entry point on a specified road set out in Part 3 of the Schedule are wholly remitted during the restricted hours as specified opposite in the second column.
(4)  For the period 17 September 2015 to 19 September 2015 (both dates inclusive), the road-user charges payable under the First Schedule to the principal Rules in respect of any motor vehicle ridden, driven or moved into a specified entry point on a specified road set out in Part 4 of the Schedule are wholly remitted during the restricted hours as specified opposite in the second column.
