Interpretation (Temporary Reduction of Electronic Road Pricing Systems Charges) (No. 2) Order 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(2) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Interpretation (Temporary Reduction of Electronic Road Pricing Systems Charges) (No. 2) Order 2002 and shall come into operation on 18th November 2002.

Temporary reduction of charges

2. For the period 18th November 2002 to 31st December 2002 (both dates inclusive), the road user charges payable under the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules (Cap. 276, R 38, 2002 Ed.) in respect of any vehicle ridden, driven or moved past any specified entry point set out in the First to the Twelfth Schedules shall be reduced wholly or in part as specified in the second column thereof.
