| Citation |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Delegation of Powers) Notification. |
| Delegation of powers |
| 2. The powers conferred on the Director of Medical Services by sections 6, 7 and 11 to 20 in Part III of the Act shall, in respect of the control of the infectious diseases set out in the Schedule, be exercised by the Commissioner of Public Health. |
