Infectious Diseases (International Certificates of Vaccination) Regulations

Citation
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (International Certificates of Vaccination) Regulations.
Forms and offence
2.—(1)  International certificates of vaccination shall be in the forms set out in the Schedule and shall be properly completed.
(2)  Any person who —
(a)issues any international certificate of vaccination without the permission of the Director; or
(b)issues, obtains or is in possession of any false international certificate of vaccination,
shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
Fees
3.—(1)  The fee for the sale of each form of international certificate of vaccination shall be $3.
(2)  The following fees shall be payable for any certificate of vaccination issued by a Government Vaccination Centre:
(a) for each cholera, typhoid or tetanus vaccination
— $ 3
(b) for each yellow fever vaccination
— $15.
(3)  The following persons shall be exempt from paying the fees specified in paragraph (2):
(a)pilgrims proceeding to Mecca;
(b)persons repatriated by order of the Government; and
(c)Government employees and their dependants.
