| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Prescribed Institutions) Regulations 2008 and shall come into operation on 10th June 2008. |
| Prescribed institutions |
| 2. The institutions set out in the Schedule shall be prescribed institutions for the purposes of section 4(1)(c) of the Act. |
