Infectious Diseases (Certificates of Vaccination or Other Prophylaxis) Regulations 2008 |

Citation and commencement |
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Certificates of Vaccination or Other Prophylaxis) Regulations 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2008. |
Definitions |
2. In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —

Vaccination or other prophylaxis |
Offences |
4. Any person who issues, obtains or is in possession of any Certificate which he knows or has reason to believe is false shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000. |
Revocation |
5. The Infectious Diseases (International Certificates of Vaccination) Regulations (Rg 2) are revoked. |
Transitional provision |
6. Any international certificate of vaccination lawfully issued under the revoked Infectious Diseases (International Certificates of Vaccination) Regulations shall have the same force and effect as a Certificate issued under these Regulations. |
