Infrastructure Protection
(Composition of Offences)
Regulations 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 83 of the Infrastructure Protection Act 2017, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infrastructure Protection (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 18 December 2018.
Compoundable offences
2.  The following offences may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 74(1) of the Act:
(a)an offence under section 39(4) or 46(4) of the Act;
(b)an offence under regulation 2(8), 3(3) or 4(3) of the Infrastructure Protection (Special Developments and Special Infrastructures) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 816/2018).
