Intoxicating Substances
(Approved Centres)
Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Intoxicating Substances Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Intoxicating Substances (Approved Centres) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 1 July 2018.

Approved centres

2. The Minister declares the places set out in the Schedule to be approved centres for the purpose of the treatment and rehabilitation of persons who use or inhale intoxicating substances for the purpose of inducing or causing a state of intoxication.

Cancellation

3. The following Notifications are cancelled:

(a)	the Notification relating to Approved Centres (N 1);
(b)	the Intoxicating Substances (Approved Centre) Notification 2007 (G.N. No. S 21/2007);
(c)	the Intoxicating Substances (Approved Centres) Notification 2009 (G.N. No. S 265/2009);
(d)	the Intoxicating Substances (Approved Centres) Notification 2017 (G.N. No. S 476/2017).
