| Citation |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Income Tax (Exemption of Royalties and Other Payments for Economic and Technological Development) Notification. |
| Exemption |
| 2. The withholding tax on the royalties payable by the Public Utilities Board to Power Technologies Inc, USA, under the Contract No. PUB PE 39030-000 shall be at a reduced rate of 10%. |
