Income Tax (Approved Banks for Section 13 (1) (zc) and (zd)) Order 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(16) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks for section 13 (1)(zc) and (zd)) Order 2005 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 2003.

Approved banks

2. The banks which are approved banks for the purposes of section 13(1)(t) of the Act shall be approved banks for the purposes of section 13 (1)(zc) and (zd) of the Act.
