Income Tax (Exemption of Interest and Other Payments for Economic and Technological Development) (No. 3) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(4) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Income Tax (Exemption of Interest and Other Payments for Economic and Technological Development) (No. 3) Notification 2009 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 8th July 2008.
Exemption
2.—(1)  There shall be exempt from tax the interest payable by BOC Aviation Pte. Ltd. between 10th December 2008 and 9th December 2010 (both dates inclusive) to Bank of China Limited under the Loan Agreement dated 7th April 2008.
(2)  The exemption is subject to the conditions specified in the letter of approval dated 23rd June 2008 addressed to BOC Aviation Pte. Ltd.
