| 1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Exemption of Foreign Income) (No. 11) Order 2005. |

| 2. SembSita Pacific Pte Ltd is hereby granted exemption from tax on the foreign dividends received in Singapore from approved investments in a country outside Singapore, subject to the conditions specified in the letter of approval dated 2nd November 2005 addressed to the company. |
