| 1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Exemption of Foreign Income) (No. 12) Order 2005. |

| 2. Fortune Real Estate Investment Trust is hereby granted exemption from tax on the foreign dividends received in Singapore from its real property owning company in Hong Kong, subject to the conditions specified in the letter of approval dated 7th November 2005 addressed to the tax agent of Fortune Real Estate Investment Trust. |
