Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Legal Profession (Recognition of Foreign Qualifications) (Consolidation) Notification.
Recognition of foreign qualifications
2.  It is declared that —
(a)the degree of Bachelor of Laws (Honours) conferred on a person by any of the universities specified in the First Schedule; and
(b)the degree of Bachelor of Laws conferred on a person by either of the universities specified in the Second Schedule,
shall be sufficient to qualify that person for admission as an advocate and solicitor subject to his obtaining a certificate under section 7 of the Act.
