Legal Profession Act (Appointed Day for
Purposes of Section 75B) Notification 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75B(2) of the Legal Profession Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Legal Profession Act (Appointed Day for purposes of Section 75B) Notification 1998.

Appointed day for section 75B

2. For the purposes of section 75B of the Act, the appointed day referred to therein shall be 1st September 1998.
