PART I

PRELIMINARY

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Land Titles (Strata Titles Boards) Regulations.

Definitions

2. In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —

“application” means any application made under Part VI of the Act and includes an appeal against a decision of the Commissioner of Buildings made under section 107 of the Act;

“chairman” means the President or Deputy President of the Boards and includes an acting President or acting Deputy President thereof;

“Secretary” means any person appointed by the Minister pursuant to section 92 of the Act to be the Secretary of the Boards.
