| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Land Titles (Strata) (Non-Application of Section 6) Notification 2004 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 7th April 2004. |

| 2. The Minister hereby specifies that the provisions of section 6 of the Act shall not apply to the Tanjong Pagar Complex (Lot 1074C TS 23 comprised in Certificate of Title Vol. 611 Folio 96) controlled, managed and administered by PSA Corporation Limited. |
