The Minister for Health has approved the Scientific Officers of the Polymer Technology Centre, Singapore Institute of Standards and Industrial Research (SISIR) to be analysts for the testing of condoms for the purposes of paragraph 4 of the Medicines (Quality of Condoms) (Specification and Prohibition) Order.
