Approved Analysts
It is hereby notified for general information that, for the purposes of the definition of “analyst” in section 2 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health has approved the inspectors of the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board to be analysts for the testing of condoms for the purposes of paragraph 4 of the Medicines (Quality of Condoms) (Specification and Prohibition) Order, with effect from 2nd August 1996.
2.  Notification N 1 is cancelled.
