Citation and commencement |
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (International Criminal Tribunals) Regulations 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2001. |

2. In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —

Requests for assistance by Tribunal |
3. Sections 18, 19, 21 to 26 and 29 to 40 of the Act and the First Schedule (except Part III) to the Act shall apply to a request by the Tribunal to Singapore for assistance in the same manner as they apply to a request by a foreign country or prescribed foreign country to Singapore for assistance, with the following modifications:
