| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Martial Arts Instruction (Exemption) Notification 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st June 1999. |
| Exemption |
| 2. All martial arts trainees are exempted from registration as trainees under section 22 of the Act. |
| Cancellation |
| 3. The Martial Arts Instruction (Exemption) Notification (N 2) is cancelled. |
