| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 10th June 2009. |
| Approved institutions |
| 2. The Minister hereby declares the places set out in the Schedule to be approved institutions for the purpose of the treatment and rehabilitation of drug addicts and other persons under the Act. |
