Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act
(Chapter 173A)
Approved Hospitals and Health Care Institutions
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health hereby approves the following health care institutions for the purposes of Part II of the Act, with effect from 1st April 2002:
(1)Peacehaven Nursing Home for the Aged
(2)Lions Home for the Elders
(3)St. Andrew’s Community Hospital
(4)Man Fut Tong Old People’s Home.
