(Facilities for Enforcement)
(Registration of Orders in Family Court)
(Revocation) Rules 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) (Registration of Orders in Family Court) (Revocation) Rules 2016 and come into operation on 1 January 2017.
Revocation
2.  The Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) (Registration of Orders in Family Court) Rules 2014 (G.N. No. S 690/2014) are revoked.
