Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) (Prohibition of Assemblies and Processions — Parliament and Supreme Court) Order.
Prohibition on certain days or within certain hours
2.  No assembly or procession (other than a funeral procession in respect of which a permit has been duly granted under the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) (Assemblies and Processions) Rules shall be held in any public road, public place or place of public resort within the area described in the Schedule —
(a)on any day on which Parliament or a committee thereof sits; and
(b)on any other day between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Saving
3.  This Order shall apply notwithstanding the grant of any permit under the Miscellaneous Offence (Public Order and Nuisance) (Assemblies and Processions) Rules.
