Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) (Prohibition of Assemblies and Processions — Parliament and Supreme Court) Order.
Prohibition on certain days or within certain hours
2.  No assembly or procession (other than a funeral procession in respect of which a permit has been duly granted under the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) (Assemblies and Processions) Rules [R 1]) shall be held in any public road, public place or place of public resort within the area described in the Schedule —
(a)on any day on which Parliament or a committee thereof sits; and
(b)on any other day between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Saving
3.  This Order shall apply notwithstanding the grant of any permit under the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) (Assemblies and Processions) Rules.
