Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) (Prohibition of Assemblies and Processions) (Revocation) Order 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(2) of the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) (Prohibition of Assemblies and Processions) (Revocation) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 9th October 2009.
Revocation
2.  The following Orders are revoked:
(a)the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) (Prohibition of Assemblies and Processions — Parliament and Supreme Court) Order (O 1);
(b)the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) (Prohibition of Assemblies and Processions — Subordinate Courts) Order (O 2); and
(c)the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) (Prohibition of Assemblies and Processions — Istana) Order (O 4).

Made this 7th day of October 2009.
