Order Reducing Initial Registration Fee

The Minister for Communications has reduced the initial registration fee of $2.50 per net ton payable under section 366 of the Act to $1.25 per net ton subject to a minimum of $1,250 and a maximum of $6,000 in respect of the registration of a Singapore ship which has been transferred without a change of flag under section 372 of the Act.
