In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Motor Vehicles (Third-Party Risks and Compensation) Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Motor Vehicles (Third-Party Risks and Compensation) (Vehicles Used for Summit between the United States of America and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea — Exemption) (No. 2) (Cancellation) Notification 2018 and comes into operation on 20 June 2018.
