Newspaper and Printing Presses Act

Citation

1. These Rules may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Applications and Permits) Rules.

Applications

2. Every application made under —

(a)	section 14 of the Act for a permit to print or publish a newspaper; and
(b)	section 15 of the Act to publish, sell, offer for sale or distribute in Singapore a newspaper printed in Malaysia,

shall be made in triplicate by the applicant in such form as the Minister may from time to time direct.

Permit

3. Every permit issued under section 14 or 15 of the Act shall be substantially in the form set out in the Schedule.
