(Chapter 213)
Prohibited Places Order 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (e) of the interpretation of "prohibited place" in section 2(1) of the Official Secrets Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Prohibited Places Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 27th February 1998.
Areas declared to be prohibited places
2.  The areas described in the Schedule are hereby declared to be prohibited places for the purposes of the Act.

Made this 17th day of February 1998.
