| Prisons (Cessation of Prison) Notification 2013 |

| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Prisons (Cessation of Prison) Notification 2013 and shall come into operation on 16th January 2013. |
| Cessation of prison |
| 2. The Minister hereby declares that Kaki Bukit Centre, 10 Kaki Bukit Avenue 5, Singapore 417902, shall cease to be a prison for the purposes of the Act. |
| Amendment of Declaration of Prisons (Consolidation) Notification |
| 3. Item (4) of the Schedule to the Declaration of Prisons (Consolidation) Notification (N 3) is deleted. |
