| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Pensions (Pension Authority) Order 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1998. |
| Pension Authority |
| 2. The Permanent Secretary to the Prime Minister’s Office is appointed as the Pension Authority in respect of all classes of officers appointed to the public service. |
