In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 2) Notification 2017 and comes into operation on 28 April 2017.

Exemption

2. The Minister exempts Lot 07209N of MK 22 at 130 Hougang Avenue 1 from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by the Society for The Aged Sick to the competent authority on 30 September 2016.
