Planning (Leases and Disposal of Land) Order 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(3) of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Planning (Leases and Disposal of Land) Order 2004.

Additional leases not regarded as disposal of land

2. Any lease granted on or after 5th July 2004 for a term not exceeding an aggregate of 21 years of any building or part thereof comprised in such development which is or is to be lawfully used as a business park or science park shall be added to the list of leases in section 4(2) of the Act which shall not be regarded as a disposal of land.
